Sen Inhofe's blog on global warming

The senator has done a wonderful public service. His blog shows recent peer-reviewed research, and articles detailing UN studies and the lack of consensus. This is very important for everyone to read.

On a more technical level, I completely agree that the sun plays a role, although we have not been able to quantify it yet. It is probably in the range of 33-50% of the total observed temperature variation. Stay tuned for more details.

There is no "consensus"

This petition site shows that there is no consensus amongst scientists in regards to global warming.

As a meteorologist myself, I cannot overemphasize how important is for scientists to stand up and say that catastrophic, man-made global warming has not been proven, and most likely is not happening. Not only are the economic effects of cap-and-trade, etc... dangerous, but the politicization of science is equally as dangerous for our country.

Also, I will be signing this petition too.

Victory in Iraq Day!

Welcome to the Conservative Action Network!

This blog is designed to educate the public on traditional conservative values:
  • A small, limited federal government
  • A strong foreign policy
  • A conservative social policy, including traditional family values, including the sanctity of life.
In addition, this blog will encourage the public to get involved locally, in their state, and federally. After the recent election, there has been a ground swell of desire from conservatives to get in action, and this blog will be their one-stop shop for everything they need to make a difference and restore traditional conservative values to this great country!
